Frequently Asked Questions

Cancellation and Refund Policy

What is the registration cancellation and refund policy?

We understand that plans may change. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to acpm@eventpowersupport.com by April 1, 2027.

Cancellations received on or before April 1 will be refunded minus $100 administrative fee. Refunds are not available for cancellations received after April 1 or for no shows. Special requests for a refund may be granted after the cut-off for personal emergencies. This policy covers registration and ticketed events. Cancellation requests should include attendee name and registration confirmation number.

Please allow up to four weeks for delivery of a refund. In most cases, fees will be refunded the same way they were paid to ACPM. No refunds will be processed on site.

ACPM is not responsible for any penalties, fees, or non-refundable expenses incurred by registrants, including airline tickets, hotel deposits, or other travel-related arrangements, in the event that a conference is cancelled or reaches capacity.

If ACPM cancels a program, every reasonable effort will be made to notify registered participants at least 30 days prior to the first day of the course. In the event of cancellation by ACPM, registration fees will be refunded.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

Hotel cancellation policy requires guests to cancel by 4 pm local time 24 hours before arrival to avoid a penalty fee of 1 night's room and tax.
